Variable costs used to split your expenses in different G/L Accounts.
In Lease Setup enable “Variable Costs” feature and enter Variable Costs field captions:
In Lease Categories, enter expense accounts:
Use page “Variable Costs” to enter or import variable costs of current month. Must do this before monthly posting to G/L. For Variable cost import .txt file must be used. Fields delimited by using Tab.
- File can be imported in Variable Costs
- Run G/L postings for the month, you will get this:
