To give a client access to the Factoring Portal, you add one of their contact persons as a portal user. Instead of sharing one login for the whole company, you enable access for specific people at the client - for example, their accountant - so they can log in and see only their own company's information.
Steps:
1. Open the client's card.
2. Go to the Contact Persons list on that card.
3. Choose the person who should get portal access (or add them as a new contact if they're not listed yet).
4. Make sure their e-mail address is filled in - it's required for logging into the portal and for receiving notifications.
5. Tick the checkbox "Enable user (Fact. Portal)" next to their name.

Once this is done, an e-mail is automatically sent to the client's contact. They use it to set their own password, and after that they can log in to the portal.

After logging in, they will be able to:
- View their company's invoices, agreement details, and credit limit
- Download their account statement as a PDF

Tip: To see all clients who currently have portal access enabled, open the Factoring Portal Users list - it shows everyone across your client base in one place.
