Bug Fixes
- Added protection to prevent entering Area type prices with the 'Use Quantity' flag enabled.
- Corrected Meter No. Validation in Meter Journal, when Meter type is Inlet.
- Users who do not use the S4RealEstate module in certain companies and do not have the related permissions can now use standard functionality without encountering S4RealEstate permission errors. This is especially relevant for users with permission sets other than SUPER.
- Corrected an issue where, after indexation, the unit price used the incorrect amount rounding field from the G/L setup. The unit price now correctly uses the unit-amount rounding precision from G/L setup.
Improvements
- New field in Real Estate Setup “Service Charge Closing Precision”. If this setup is not zero, then it allows us to solve the problem, when charge and invoicing Service Ledger Entries have discrepancy within the specified amount in that new field. Then both entries will be closed, and system created entry will be posted to equalize amounts and close both entries.
- Added new fields in the Real Estate Setup for specifying No. Series: Sales Invoice No. Series, Posted Sales Invoice No. Series, Sales Credit Memo No. Series, and Posted Sales Credit Memo No. Series. When these fields are populated, the system uses them to create and post invoices. If left empty, the system defaults to the standard No. Series defined in the Sales & Receivables Setup.
- In the Lease Unit, the “Address” field length has been increased from 30 to 100 characters. “Address 2” field length has been increased from 30 to 50 characters.
- Field “Object Area” is hidden in Service Journal and Service Ledger Entries pages, because this field is used just for changing unit area.
- In Service Ledger Entries sorting is Descending by Entry No. field.
- Added a new field 'Charge Entry No.' in Sales Lines table to show which Service Ledger Entry was created from.
