• Created Lease Contract extension functionality, which allows extending contracts with job queue help, without any manual work.

• When rewriting the contract with a tripartite agreement, the old tenant's part of the expenses is no longer applied to the new tenant.
• Deleting Vendor Contract now does not remove all vendors' contract lines, but only those related to the deleted contract.
• Fixed issue where deleting at least one line from a sales invoice caused all related charge entries to remain open, even for posted lines.
• Fixed Prospect type creation from Customer Card.
