New Features
- Enhanced SOFT4Spaces Price Indexation now supports all price types, flexible indexation periods, added validations, and detailed indexation tracking for improved accuracy and control.
Improvements
- Service Ledger Entries can no longer be closed if they are included in an unposted sales invoice or sales credit memo. The corresponding lines must first be removed, after which the Service Ledger Entry can be closed.
- Added the standard BC functionality in SOFT4Spaces tables to set default dimensions for a single account or multiple accounts.
- Introduced a new event OnAfterSetCurrentKeyTempInvGenBuffer in report 17028924 "S4RE Create RE Invoices" which allows to select custom sort in which Sales Lines will be created.
- When Automated Lease contract extension is turned off, the Run Autom. Ext. Contracts action button is now hidden.
- Added new validations in the Service Journal to ensure correct data posting.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed Lease Contract Lines creation from Lease Contract Template. Functionality now correctly copies all values from the Service Card to the Lease Contract Line.
- Fixed Service Price creation via API: mandatory field validation has been updated to allow passing all required Service Price values simultaneously.
- Fixed company logo visibility in the standard SOFT4Spaces Utilities Statement layout.
- Corrected the standard SOFT4Spaces Sales Invoice layout, resolving missing values and decimal formatting issues.
- Updated the Create RE Invoice functionality to ensure compatibility with standard BC logic that adds Recurring Sales Lines to Sales Invoices.
- When the SOFT4Spaces license does not include the Meters module, all related tables are now hidden.
- Fixed the “The No. Series does not exist” on Service Card error by allowing users to enter a custom No. when Service Nos. are empty on Real Estate Setup.
