      4 How to enter/ change Lease Unit area

      Lease Unit card is already created, and the next step is to post this Lease Unit area to the system.

      To post Lease Unit Area:

      • Open Lease Unit Card by search or from menu.
      • In the Building card go to Process and click Change Lease Unit Area action button.

      • Enter values of New Area and Changing Date:

      • Press Close button. If action was successful message box will appear.

      If you would be entering the Area of a Parking Unit, you could enter number of spaces and use this Parking Unit in multiple Contracts just specifying the quantity with a number of spaces that are being rented.
