2 How to configure Role Center

The Role Center for a Property Manager is the main point of entry into the system. The Property Manager could use it for an overview of status for their daily tasks.

1. Lease Unit Availability Chart displays statistics of available Lease Units after a certain period of time, when the Lease Contract dates would come to an end.

• Chart Columns consists of two parts: rented and vacant Lease Units. Click on any column and you would be redirected to the list of Lease Units (rented or vacant) for the certain period. Let’s say, we would like to reach the list of vacant Lease Units in 90 days: click on the green part of column 90 Days and a new window with the list will appear.

• User could set up period they are interested in to have the data by themselves:

  • Go to Setup by search or from menu and click Vacancy Chart Setup.

* In the Vacancy Chart Setup window go to Manage and click Edit List.

* Specify convenient periods of the chart and select the availability type (Lease Unit or Lease Area) in Column Data Type.

2. Lease Area Map is a tool to visually represent vacant, reserved, and occupied Lease Units.

• Select a map that you need from a list.

• To edit Tenants layout, click Edit Map. Click a 'plus' icon in the Lease Unit List. Using the drag-drop functionality assign every Lease Unit to the map. Lease Units are related to the Lease Contracts and when the Lease Contract of particular Lease Unit is assigned or the object is reserved, the color of the pin of a Lease Unit on the map changes automatically.

• When all the pins are in the places, click Read Only Map.

• It is easy to reach a specific Lease Unit card from the map: click ‘home’ icon and it would redirect to the Lease Unit card.
