How to Export G/L Output

Lease activity need to be reported in the main accounting system of the Company. To do this, users will need to export GL output from SOFT4Lessee on a periodic basis. To do this use “G/L Output Interface” in SOFT4Lessee:

In the opened window determine period start and end dates that you want SOFT4Lessee to generate the GL Output. Click OK.
GL output file includes every general ledger transactions of the selected period. In different sheet there is G/L entries accumulated per GL account. Last sheet shows CoA for Period End date.
