1. PURPOSE

JATO Car specs module allows user to configure vehicle by choosing vehicle options, by predefined rules.

2. SETUP

Brand Code – input if want to upload JATO details only for specific brand.
Language ID – input language code to upload right JATO Option Names.
Category Code for C – input Asset Category Code to be used for C value in JATO data structure.
Category Code for V – input Asset Category Code to be used for V value in JATO data structure.

3. JATO data processing

Prepare JATO Car specs CSV files for upload and processing:

  • JATO Version
  • JATO Option List
  • JATO Option Name
  • JATO Option Build
  • JATO Equipment

Navigate to JATO Versions page and click Import action to import JATO CSV files:

To process JATO Versions data click action Submit:

Submit function will update SOFT4Leasing tables:
Asset Brand – new asset brands will be created from JATO Car specs information.

Asset Model – new asset models will be created from JATO Car specs information.

Additional Equipment – asset options will be created from JATO Car specs information.

Additional Equipment Rule - asset option rules will be created from JATO Car specs information.

4. Options selection wizard

After JATO Car specs data was sucesfully processed - asset options selection wizard is available to use in SOFT4Leasing.
Create new Quote or Application, select asset model and click action Options Selection Wizard on Asset Subpage.

Option Selection Wizard shows all available options for selected vechicle model:

Select option you want to add on a model and click action Next on a ribbon. Option wizzard will automatically add other mandatory options based on your selection and will represent on Selected Options section.

When options are selected, other options may become not available, because of not allowed combination. Not available options are shown in grey on the options list. Available options are shown in bold, already selected options are shown in bold green colour.

To save selected options to vehicle click action Submit on the ribbon.

Options selected and submitted on the wizard were added to asset options list:
