Additional Features

SOFT4Factoring includes some additional features to enhance functionality and streamline processes.

Master Agreements

Master Agreements serve as templates for creating individual factoring agreements. They contain default settings that can be applied to new agreements.

To create a Master Agreement:

  1. Go to the Factoring Manager Role Center.
  2. Under the Agreements group, click Master Agreements.
  3. Click New to create a new Master Agreement card.
  4. Fill in relevant fields, such as:
    • Code
    • Description
    • Factoring Product Code
    • Default settings for Invoice, Interest, Commission
  5. Change Master Agreement status to Valid.

When creating a new Factoring Agreement, you can select the applicable Master Agreement to populate default field values. Also, you can create a new Factoring Agreement from the Master Agreement Card by clicking on “Create New Agreement” in Factoring Agreements FastTab.

Approval Requests

An approval request can be sent if certain changes to a factoring agreement, such as changing the agreement status or adjusting key parameters, require approval.

To send an approval request:

  1. Open the relevant Factoring Agreement card.
  2. Make the necessary changes that require approval.
  3. In the ribbon, click Request Approval.
  4. Select the approver user ID.
  5. Optionally modify the approval request message.
  6. Click Send to submit the approval request.

The approver can then review the request in their Requests to Approve list and choose to approve or reject the changes.

Reports

Several reports are available in SOFT4Factoring to provide insights and overviews of factoring data. The key reports include:

  • Amounts by Agreement: Shows factoring amounts per agreement.
  • Amounts by Vendor & Product: Shows factoring amounts broken down by vendor and product.
  • Client Statement - Vendor: Presents vendor statement information.
  • Debtor Statement: Presents debtor statement information.
  • Activities Log: Log of activities and events on factoring agreements.

Access these reports from the Reports group on the Factoring Manager Role Center and set applicable filters before running the report.
