Modification on Payment Change

Payments can be remeasured once

Modifications to payment will all be recognized only on first modification. Following changes will change same period's amounts.

Changes to payment are entered in Column K as Variation on starting payment amount.
This would trigger a remeasurement on the lease on month from which it was started.
If payment increase is for remainder of lease it needs to be entered throughout all remaining rows of lease.
This can be used also to enter one-off changes in payment amount or a structured schedule applicable from some point of lease.
If structrured schedule is before Commencement it can be entered modifying Column J.
E.g. payments every June is 3000 instead of 1000:

Modifications to base payment

If there is any changes done to Payment amount that are not same as in cell A17 then it must have some kind of value in cells A19-A21 to switch to schedule calculations instead of PV formula.

One-off changes to payment:

This example showcases increase to payments on June and November and next year June.

Changes to Liabilities:

Fixed Payment increase

If you have fixed payment increases they can be entered as Variation on Fixed Payment amount, increasing amount manually. Could use formulas to use Period No. for increase.
E.g.:
