• Automatically created fixed assets can now inherit the same identifier as the related lease agreement. A new option, Use Same FA and Lease Nos., has been added to the Lease Setup. When enabled, the automatically created Fixed Assets will be assigned the same number as the related lease agreement, making it easier to identify the two records
• The Weighted-Average Report has been enhanced with additional filtering options. The report can now be generated and exported based on the selected lease filters, allowing users to analyze only the relevant lease agreements

• Added support for Fixed Asset Book Transfer during the migration process. When a Fixed Asset with an existing Depreciation Book and FA entries is linked to a lease, SOFT4Lessee now automatically transfers that asset's balances from its current depreciation book to the IFRS 16 lease depreciation book - no manual transfer step required
