Applying new SOFT4RealEstate License

Note:

Once SOFT4RealEstate app is updated to 2.6.x.x or later version from 2.5.x.x or earlier version, it is necessary to apply new license. After You receive License source URL address it is needed to apply it in Business Central.

  1. Find License Sources (SLE) from the search:
  2. Paste the URL provided by SOFT4 in that page:
  3. Download the license. This will be done from Licenses (SLE) page. Click Download Licenses and then OK:

  4. If the system asks you for a permission to make a request to external service, select Allow Always:
  5. The license is downloaded and SOFT4RealEstate app is activated:
  6. You need to** logout and login** again to Business Central.

Note:

At any time when license is updated by SOFT4 (new users/modules are added, license is extended) it is needed to download the new license in client Business Central environment. It can be done by steps 3 to 6. Automated license update process is described in next chapter 2. Setting up the Job Queue to download the license automatically.
