New Features

• Default Documents can now be added to Lease Contract Template, so that they would be transferred to Lease Contract when Contract Type would be selected.
  

Improvements

• Service Journal recalculation will use Lease Unit Area as a quantity if the price used for recalculations is per Area and this feature is enabled in Real Estate Setup. This will now be applied to Turnover Rent recalculations.
• Quarterly Price calculation improvements.
• New integration events created.

Bug Fixes

• Lithuanian translations fix.
