There might occur a situation when incorrect meter readings were posted.

To cancel these meter readings need to:

• Go to Meter Ledger Entries from search.
• Go on the line that has to be canceled.
• Click Cancel and then Yes.
  
  

When the entry is cancelled:

• Quantity would be equal to 0.
• Difference would be equal to 0.
• Read-out To would be equal to ‘Read-out From’.
• This entry will have a parameter Canceled and wouldn’t be included in any further actions.
