How to create Lease Contract Lines using Templates

Learn how to create Lease Contract Lines quickly using Lease Contract Line Templates instead of entering repeating services manually.

Create a template Create Lease Contract Lines from a template

If services repeat across your Lease Contracts and you want to create Lease Contract Lines faster, you can use Lease Contract Header Templates instead of entering the same services manually every time.

Create a template

  1. Open the Lease Contract Header Template List page (use search for it).
  2. Choose +New and fill in the main header fields.
  3. In the Lines, add the services that should be included in this template.

Once created, the new template appears in the list of templates.

Create Lease Contract Lines from a template

  1. On the Lease Contract, choose the action to create Lines from a template.
  1. From the list, select the required template.
  1. Choose the Lease Unit for which the contract lines should be created, and enter the lines Start and End dates.
  1. If you need to add lines for another Lease Unit, repeat step 1.
