Lease Unit card is already created, and the next step is to post this Lease Unit area to the system.
To post Lease Unit Area:
- Open Lease Unit Card by search or from menu.
- In the Lease Unit Card go to Home and click Change Lease Unit Area action button.
- Enter values of New Area and Changing Date:
- Press OK button. If action was successful message box will appear.
If you would be entering the Area of a Parking Unit, you could enter number of spaces and use this Parking Unit in multiple Contracts just specifying the quantity with a number of spaces that are being rented.
It is possible to rent more parking spaces than are available. In this case, the number of available parking spaces becomes negative.
