It enables breakdown of net change in Lease liability accounts – New leases added, Interest accrued, Payments made, Lease modifications made.

To generate the report choose “Lease Liability Report” in SOFT4Lessee:

Select the Current Year for the report.
There is also an option to run this report consolidated. Companies have to have same Additional reporting currency, Lease Category, G/L accounts.
When selected it will either take from Company filter field below which to take. Example : Company1|Company2. This filter would give back numbers for Company1 and Company2 combined. “|” stands for OR when searching company list.
If Company Filter not entered it will take what to consolidate from Lease Setup -> Admin -> Company filter.
Last two fields are for 2 global dimensions. G/L entries are filtered by these dimensions. Empty means all.
Same logic for multiple selections apply as for company filter.

Lease Liability per Asset Categories Report

To generate the report choose “Lease Liability Report per Categories” in SOFT4Lessee:

Select Period Start and Period End dates click OK.
There is also an option to run this report consolidated. Companies have to have same Additional reporting currency, Lease Category, G/L accounts.
