Maturity analysis report aggregates lease payments to maturity bands starting from the provided date. Report can be ran either comparative (to show one year back also) or Per Category. A sample of maturity analysis report:

To generate report choose “Maturity Analysis Report” in SOFT4Lessee:

Select the Report Option (Comparative, Per Category), Period Start Date and Liability type (Estimated Non-discounted, Estimated Discounted) for the report and click OK.
