To assign or replace a SOFT4 License you must first access the 'SOFT4 Users' table either via the search bar or through the main role center:

You will then see a table. Enter a new or edit an existing User ID (this comes from 'Users' table) to assign a license to a user:

Depending on your acquired licenses you can assign a License Type to be 'Full User' or 'Limited User'.
