If you need a copy of an existing standalone company that has the same settings but without all the Lease/GL Entry data - this is how you do it:

You can copy a standalone company and remove all IFRS16/ASC842 related data in a few clicks. The copied company would keep all the settings but can have deleted: GL Entries, Leases, Lessors, Dimension values.

Firstly, you create a copy of the company from the "Companies" table with a "Copy" action:

Secondly, search and open "Lease Setup" where you will find "Company Type" at the very bottom of the page. To continue with this guide, "Company Type" has to be "Sandbox", otherwise the next function ("Reset all IFRS16 data") will not be executed.

Then you can remove the Lease related data while keeping the setups with the "Reset all IFRS16 data" function. It can be found from the main screen -> Administration -> "Reset all IFRS16 data":

This action will prompt you with this confirmation message:

You will further be prompted to DELETE all leases and DELETE Lessors (Contacts) and Dimension values
