SOFT4Lessee supports data import from an excel files. Data export can done via the “Lease Batch” function. The function consists of general batch information and lease lines. System uses the pre-defined field list (data columns) of the lease for export to lines/excel.

To export leases from excel hit “Data Import/Export” in SOFT4Lessee:

To export lease information to lines first go to Export Leases -> Get Leases from System.

In Opened windows you can filter out only some of leases to export or leave filter empty to export all.

Exported leases will be visible in lines below. You can edit them in there or you can use Export Leases -> Export Leases to an Excel File to edit them via Excel.

After changing leases you will need to import them back if used excel or Validate and Commit if changed in lines. For operations please refer to : How to Import Leases
