How to get migration details from already active FA card

Editable property !!! Double entries!!!

After running setup described in FA Setup. You can create/import your leases into the system.
Additionally fill in Migration Date. It would auto entered if using Migration Date in setup.
After that in Lease Agreements list you can select Fixed Asset No. from existing list of FA.

Field only editable if selected Lease Category has Use Fixed Assets for RoU enabled

 

This would fill in Historical Asset Cost and Accum. depreciation from Fixed Asset entries. What types are used:

  • Historical Asset Cost -
    • "Acquisition Cost"
    • Appreciation
    • "Write-Down"
  • Accumulated Depreciation:
    • Depreciation

!!! Double entries!!!

Current solution post acquisition and accumulated balance again. Need to cancel these by hand without reversing whole transaction. Post FA G/L Journal without Lease No. entered.
