How to use Variable Costs on Leases?

Variable costs used to split your expenses in different G/L Accounts.

  1. In Lease Setup enable “Variable Costs” feature and enter Variable Costs field captions:

  3. Use page “Variable Costs” to enter or import variable costs of current month. Must do this before monthly posting to G/L. For Variable cost import .txt file must be used. Fields delimited by using Tab.
