Multiple changes
If you change payment amounts or term (with specific requirement) more than once, re-measurement will be summed up in first changed period.
In Arrears/In Advance interest
In Arrears can support multiple changes in interest. In Advance will sum it up in first changed month.
In Advance - interest change calculated from first period.
Fixed Payment increase
It needs to be entered as Variation on Fixed Payment amount, increasing amount manually. Could use formulas to use Period No. for increase.
