Improvements

• 100 % discounted lines will appear in Service Journal and Invoices can be created. In such a case, it will be possible to create and post invoices with total amount 0, but keep track of revenue and discounts in GL.
• Parking Units will not be included in Property Allocations function ‘Suggest by Area’.
• ‘Customer No.’ added to Lease Contract Contacts table. This will allow to separate Contacts when Lease Contract is reassigned to another Customer.
• Lease Unit API improvements.
• Newly created contract will initially be marked as ‘Latest Contract Version.’.
• If ‘Use Taxes’ is enabled in Real Estate Setup, it is now possible to set that Tax Group code must be mandatory on Service Card when entering new Lease Contract Line.
• Changing Meter Type will now move Meter assignment between Lease Unit Meter and Lease Unit Inlet Meter automatically.
• New integration events created.

Bug Fixes

• Lease Deposit report fixed to show amounts for the specified date and filter Contracts that are active on a Report Date.
