SOFT4Lessee supports data import from an excel files. Data import is done via the “Lease Batch” function. The function consists of general batch information and lease lines. System uses the pre-defined field list (data columns) of the lease during the import from excel. The data columns to be imported are defined in the “Lease Setup” section “System Feature Configuration”.

To import leases from excel hit “Data Import/Export” in SOFT4Lessee:

In the opened window select “New”, blank lease import batch will open. The system will automatically assign batch number, user ID and date of creation.

To get excel template for data import select “Get Excel Template”.

Fill in data of leases to the excel template.
Then select “Import leases from Excel” and select the excel template file which contains data of leases

Data from excel will be uploaded to the import batch.
Choose “Validate” to validate data completeness in the import batch. Then choose “Commit” to validate lease data to the SOFT4Lessee database.
